Every quarter we select and honor a team member who exemplifies our core values at Celero Commerce. This quarter’s honoree embodies the ethos of collaboration, ownership, and relentless pursuit of excellence.
We are proud to announce that the recipient of the Q2 2023 Michael P. Duffy Leadership Award is Senior Data Engineer Dipen Shah from our analytics team.
Everyone at Celero recognizes the dedication that Dipen brings to his projects, according to Charlie Berard, Chief Technology Officer for Celero.
“He takes full ownership of the tasks at hand, meticulously navigates them to completion, and constantly guides other team members towards success,” Berard said. “Dipen’s willingness to share his knowledge with the team while assisting in problem-solving has been invaluable.”
Dipen’s combination of industry knowledge and technical acumen is a critical part of Celero’s continued success in embracing a data-driven culture. He plays a pivotal role in creating data models and reporting across the organization. Dipen works collaboratively with Engineering, Operations, and Finance to ensure data quality and discover new insights.
In the second quarter, Dipen was instrumental in integrating data from our Direct W2 and ISV channels into PowerBI and providing our finance department with time-saving core volume reporting.

Following the tradition of past Duffy Award winners, Dipen will be invited to attend the 2024 Celero Leadership Summit in Nashville, TN. The multi-day summit celebrates Celero’s top performers and offers team-building and professional development opportunities with presentations from keynote speakers, live entertainment, delicious food, and more.
