Professional paintball player Dave “Youngblood” DeHaan and his business extraordinaire wife Rhonda DeHaan founded DYE Precision in 1994. In the early days, they worked out of their garage producing barrels for paintball markers.
“It all started with a goal to put the best equipment in the hands of our customers, teams, and athletes,” said Co-Founder Dave DeHaan.
“Rhonda and I saw a void in the market for paintball barrels that not only performed great but looked great, too. Through that passion, we started creating super high-quality barrels built to operate at the highest level possible while looking aesthetically pleasing at the same time. This vision has carried on into our entire product line.”
Fast forward just a few short years, DYE Precision successfully established itself as a leading provider of paintball supplies, working with powerhouse teams like the California Ironmen and Team Avalanche. They also branched out into a wide variety of industries, bringing their expert manufacturing of hard-to-make, high-tolerance parts to different sectors.
“We’re so much more than just a paintball products manufacturer,” stated Co-Founder and Vice President Rhonda DeHaan.
“We work with some of the largest aerospace companies on the globe to create niche manufactured components and products. We provide engineering support, process management, and design consulting to multiple companies in the defense sector. The growth for our company has been incredible and we’re just getting started.”
