While Andy has long been a pillar of the Merchant Accounting and Reconciliation team, this past year saw him expand his focus toward platform optimization. The results have been nothing short of transformative. By applying a keen analytical eye to our existing structures, Andy identified more than $500,000 in annual cost savings within just nine months.
Furthermore, through cross-functional execution, he worked closely with Evan Black and Justin Bottum to identify and begin implementing an additional $1.4 million in recurring savings – further strengthening Celero’s operating margin. Andy consistently identifies value where others see routine, making him a key driver of our financial performance.
